Having migrated to Australia from Kenya herself, Madhuri has a genuine appreciation of the challenges, uncertainty and significance that often accompany migration matters. In his role, Atharv assists with a broad range of migration matters, including visa applications, merits review matters, legal research, drafting submissions, preparing supporting documentation and liaising with clients and government agencies. He has developed significant experience managing complex and time-sensitive matters, ensuring every application is prepared with precision while maintaining clear and responsive communication throughout the process.
Alongside his migration experience, Atharv has gained valuable legal experience as a Law Clerk, assisting across family law, commercial law, criminal law and migration law. This broader legal exposure has strengthened his legal research, drafting and analytical skills, enabling him to approach each matter with a well-rounded understanding of the legal issues affecting clients.
Atharv holds a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from the University of Western Australia and is currently completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia.
